Glencore Mt Isa Mines Pink Radiator

In 2017 Glencore Mt Isa Mines had a R2900 JLK Loader completely painted in pink for a breast cancer charity function.  The event was held in September of the same year and raised more than $120,000 in funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Mount Isa and North West Queensland Breast Cancer Support Group.

We were lucky enough to receive the cooling pack from this machine for a complete rebuild and were only more than happy to do our bit and to re-paint the cooling pack in its new adopted colours.

As many of you may know, Bayswater Road Radiators is a close family owned and operated business and have also dealt first hand with the pressures and stresses that cancer can have on a family.  Over the last 10+ years, Bob and Debbie Thompson have raised significant funds through fundraising events, and direct donations from Bayswater Road Radiators to the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute.
