Priority Cleaning, Servicing and Heavy Duty Replacements
Our team specialises in designing and engineering heavy duty cooling packs to increase performance, longevity and minimise downtime. We can provide you with a custom engineered core design, including brass fin heavy duty open core, or fabricate a radiator core utulising a ‘false row’ of tubes for superior impact protection. Upgraded heavy duty applications can be made from steel, copper & brass or alluminium.

Isuzu Giga FYH300-350 | Heavy Duty Radiator & Intercooler Upgrade
Below is an example of a specialist upgraded cooling package to suit Isuzu Giga FYH300-350.
The Bayswater team designed and fitted a special open fin core design for the radiator and intercooler. These trucks are used heavily throughout the cane industry and required a special ‘open fin’ core design for the radiator and intercooler, to allow for the flow of trash and debris in the tough cane cutting environment.
The unique open fin tube and fin design allows for trash and debris to flow through the radiator and not get stuck in the middle and affect the unit’s cooling performance. This open fin design also allows easy cleaning and maintenance by allowing any trapped debris to easily be cleared out of the fins, to ensure performance is not sacrificed.
